Up to date, very clean room. Exceptional service from Ritchie at the front desk when we checked in Thursday evening. He even let us choose our room! Lots of dinning options with in walking distance. Parking right near the door. And…goody bags when we checked in- NICE!
Everything was great.. staff are pretty friendly, rooms are a bit old and can smell old rug, we were missing a daylight . Overall place is nice, safe and nicely positioned in Addison. Very convenient for home office workers
Logged in just to tell you guys how amazing this place was I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and had the best time . First with all their service always a warm greeting and a laugh , and next the breakfast was the absolute best , I’m a big foodie and the breakfast exceeded my expectations tremendously. Again I loved this place !!

We all enjoyed our stay! With amenities like free breakfast, a pool/hot tub, a basketball court, and more, there’s more than enough to do on the grounds during your stay. There’s dog relief areas outside too. The staff is polite and courteous, opening the hot tub for us in very cold weather upon request. Checking in was quick too, about 3 minutes or so with a good explanation of the amenities and map. The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and renovated bathrooms, more like an apartment than a standard room. There’s a Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, and much more to do within a 3-5 min walk including bars and a comedy club.There are photos of a pickleball net, which unfortunately doesn’t exist anymore as they took it down. Safety was never a concern of ours with card access only to the rooms and windows looking out to the lot. Parking is convenient as you can park close to and offload things as you come in. All around a convenient and well maintained place to stay at.
We had a great stay! The breakfast was a highlight— it was always well staffed and well-stocked. Great options and a clean environment. It was enjoyable to go have breakfast in the mornings! Especially loved the cold brew option at the coffee counter. Thank you for a great stay!
I stayed by myself for three nights the weekend after Christmas 2025. Other family members had chosen this location and we were in town for a wedding. Room 134 was comfortable and clean but noisy. There was a motor that kicked on about every 10 minutes and ran for a few seconds or a few minutes. It was right outside the wall of my bedroom. After the first night I asked to change rooms and they put me in room 250 which was much quieter. Room 250 showed a little more wear and could have used some minor touch-ups but it was still very clean and very comfortable. Although the pool was closed for the season, they opened the area for me to enjoy sitting in the sun since it was a warm day. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The thermostat was easy to use and because of a significant change in whether I used both the air conditioning and heating with no problems.
The location for this Residence Inn is awesome. Right off the highway and walking distance to all the restaurants in Addison. We will definitely be back when in the north Dallas area.
